Production Work Schedule Four days per week, 10 hours per day, Monday through Thursday. Specified weeks in which a Monday holiday occurs would be a Tuesday through Friday schedule. Most positions require working scheduled overtime as needed (including Fridays and Saturdays) in order to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Overtime pay is 1 1/2 times hourly rate for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. Shift Differentials 2nd Shift - $0.55 per hour, 3rd Shift - $0.80 per hour Shift Hours: Core hours are as follows and will vary among departments.
